A TEEN beauty queen is on a mission to be crowned Miss Teen Galaxy of England — with the help of a jewel-encrusted gown.
Seventeen-years-old Jade Boswell from Hindley will be sponsored by Bridal Italia Couture of Bolton in her bid to win the title at the final in March.
Jade is the reigning Miss Lancashire and will wear the bespoke dress when she competes in the Miss Teen Galaxy England final at the Park Hall Hotel, Charnock Richard.
If she takes the crown, she will go through to the international finals in Florida later this year.
A student at St John Rigby College she is hoping to pursue a career in modelling, or midwifery.
The Teen Queen said: “I really didn’t expect to win the Miss Lancashire competition. I have sort of fallen into it. My mum entered me for the competition and it just went from there really. I absolutely love it and it has been great to have the chances I have had."
