LEIGH couple David Broad and his partner Julie Kendall have spent the last two years on an amazing photographic adventure travelling the length and breadth of England and Wales in search of forgotten , left and abandoned buildings.
They range from Victorian asylums, mansions - one of which is the former home of 16th century poet John Milton - to also hospitals, morgues and an underwater ballroom 40 feet beneath the surface of a in a lake that was built around1874!
Tomorrow (Saturday) David is sharing his adventures with people from 4pm at the arts festival being staged at the Cadence Cafe in Chapel Street, Tyldesley where he will give a talk and show images and video clips of their explorations.
