Couch potatoes advise on a healthier lifestyle for men.
COUCH potatoes set up stall in Spinning Gate shopping centre in Leigh aiming to persuade men to adopt a healthier lifestyle.
They were part of a NHS and Wigan Council exercise promoting a free men’s fitness and weight loss programme for men over 18 who live in the Leigh, Ashton and Wigan NHS area.
Once enrolled fitness coaches will support men to take charge of their health, help them get fitter and shift excess pounds. The programme concentrates on fun physical activity such as circuits, football and boxing at venues including Leigh Sports Village and the Flex Fitness Centre. More details from 01942 496496.
