Accrington under-age sex charges

A MAN has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with engaging in sex with a 14-year-old girl.
Jason Damien Phillips, 31, of Old Warwick Road, Ettington, Warwickshire, faces eight charges which are alleged to have taken place in Accrington between December 2007 and May 2008.
He was sent on bail to Burnley Crown Court with conditions that he does not enter Lancashire or have any contact with children under 16 years of age.
