Anti-social behaviour discussed at Accrington PACT meeting

ACCRINGTON residents, councillors and members of the neighbourhood policing team met to air their concerns about the area.
Central ward councillors Mohammad Ayub and Abdul Khan attended the Public, Police and Communities Together (PACT) meeting where residents raised issues that were affecting them.
Another meeting will take place this evening at the Community Centre, Fairfield Street, from 6pm and at 7.15pm at Surestart, Rimmington Avenue. Previous issues which have been discussed include anti-social behaviour on Fengore, Kingston Avenue and Richmond Road, criminal damage in the Central and Springhill areas and reports of dangerous parking of vehicles on street corners.
