A PLANNING application has been submitted in order to build properties on the site of a former community club.
Brookhouse Facilities Management would like to demolish the building that was once St Paul’s Community Sports and Social Club on Heather Grove in Leigh to erect 19 bungalows.
They submitted the application on November 20 and the public consultation will end on December 31.
