YOUNG people are being asked to vote for the person they would like to represent them in the UK Youth Parliament.
Everyone aged between 11 and 17 living in the borough is being asked to choose two people to represent Wigan and Leigh before next Tuesday, when the votes will be counted and the successful candidates announced at Leigh town hall.
People can vote at a stand at the Spinning Gate Shopping Centre in Leigh today, Thursday. The stand has also been visiting schools across the borough throughout February.
For more information and to meet the candidates, visit www.wigan.gov.uk/ Council/Voting.
