THE secrets of the art of baking have been revealed at Hindley Library.
A master class in how to make the perfectly crusty fresh bread - including kneading techniques and how to shape a loaf - was led by expert baker Shirley Southworth.
Organised by WLCT as part of the Wigan Food and Drink Festival, the students can put their new skills to us by entering a bread baking competition.
