Leigh Journal website shortlisted for prestigious media award
Leigh Journal's website has been shortlisted for a prestigious media award.
The Prolific North awards recognise the very best of the regional media.
Out of more than 200 entries from across the industry, the Journal was selected due to its large increase in visitors to its website as well as providing interesting content in an easy-to-navigate format.
It will be competing against its sister title, the Warrington Guardian, as well as Manchester Evening News, Sportbox Media and TheBusinessDesk.com.
The award ceremony will take place at Lancashire County Cricket ground on May 1. To see the full shortlist, click here.
