HEALTH and social care providers in the borough are gathering user feedback to try and improve services.
Providers are working together to transform the way health and social care services are designed and delivered to provide better, more joined-up and efficient services.
NHS Wigan Borough Clinical Commissioning Group and partners will be in the Spinning Gate Shopping Centre in Leigh tomorrow, April 5, from 10am until 4pm to inform visitors of the planned changes to social care.
Trish Anderson, chief officer of Wigan Borough CCG, said: “All health and social care providers in the borough are working hard to improve the quality of the services we deliver in difficult financial circumstances.
“We are confident that by working together with our patients we can make sure that the people of the borough get the best quality health and social care services possible whilst also making the savings we need.”
