THE next Tony Hawks could have been initiated into a life on two wheels as a mobile skate park rolled into Golborne.

Kids dusted off their scooters, BMX bikes and skateboards for free lessons at the temporary Ramp Riders skate park funded and organised by Golborne Tenants and Residents Association.

The association now hopes to apply to the Better Neighbourhood Fund to hold three more Ramp Rider events this year.
