Golborne High School students proudly present a cheque to Jan Thomas
STUDENTS at Golborne High School have raised more than a £1,000 for charity.
During a day of fundraising activities students managed to raise a staggering £1,030 which they have donated to Ronald McDonald House at Alder Hey Children’s Hospital.
Alder Hey House offers accommodation so that families can stay close to their children when they are in hospital, including the family of a former Golborne High pupil who received treatment at Alder Hey.
