A GIRLGUIDING division is holding a summer fair to raise money for a new holiday home.

The Woodlands Campsite Committee has been raising money to rebuild the Leigh, Atherton and Tyldesley division’s holiday building since it burned down two years ago.

There will be a cafe, an inflatable slide, face painting and tombola at the fair, which is being held at King Street Methodist Hall, opposite Leigh bus station, from 11am until 3pm on July 5.

For further information or to make a donation please contact Woodlands fundraising co-ordinator Dawn Molyneux on 07941 262563.
