A LEIGH man has been sentenced to a suspended jail term for an attack.
Scott Trengove, aged 24, of Henrietta Grove, Leigh, admitted beating Matthew Stones on May 18 in Bolton.
Bolton magistrates sentenced him to a 12 week jail term suspended for 12 months. He was ordered to comply with a 12 month supervision requirement, ordered to pay his victim £200, pay an £80 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.
