OUR pet of the week is the perfect companion when her owner is feeling a little bit blue.
This picture of 12-year-old alsatian Storm was sent in by her owner Atlanta Greensmith, from Astley, who said: “She is the best pet in the world because she would do anything you told her to and she likes to comfort you when you are sad.
“Although she is an old dog she still loves to play, she picks up sticks in the field and makes you throw them for her to fetch.
"Storm is easy to train and I wouldn’t trade her for anything else in the world.
"I love her so much and think she deserves to be pet of the week since she is such an inspiration.”
