AN arts festival which had to be postponed due to bad weather can now go ahead rain or shine on bank holiday Monday.

Atherton Business Centre has lent the Friends of Atherton Wildlife and Nature (FAWN) its marquees for their Arts for Nature (AFN) Festival, which had to be rearrange when remnants of hurricane Bertha hit the UK.

The festival was only able to be rearranged thanks to Atherton Cricket Club who have let FAWN tag on to its annual family fun day on Monday, August 25, from 11am to 11pm at the Eckersley Fold Lane club.
