Commercial property to be auctioned
A PROPERTY on Bradshawgate is to be auctioned.
The commercial building, which is currently let to EE Ltd and Caversham Finance Ltd – who trade as Brighthouse – is being put up for sale at the Eddisons auction in Manchester.
It is going under the hammer on December 9 at a guide price of £775,000 to £825,000.
Tony Webber, Director and Auctioneer at Eddisons said: “This is an excellent investment opportunity benefitting from two blue chip tenants.
The property also includes a pair of vacant three bedroom flats which means the annual rental income will increase once these are fully let.” Brighthouse will remain at the property.
The auction takes place at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, at 12.30pm.
