POLICE have made an arrest after a fight involving two ice cream men.
The incident happened on Saturday, February 21, at about 6pm when there was a dispute between two men who were driving ice cream vans in Severn Street, near the junction with Rothay Street in Leigh.
Both men received minor injuries.
A 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of assault. He has since been bailed until April 8.
Greater Manchester Police is asking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
PC Kat Tydesley said: “Although an arrest has been made, we are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed what happened to call us.
"From what we understand, there was a dispute which has led to the incident."
