A TRIAL date has been set for a man who has denied kidnapping a six-year-old girl.
At Preston Crown Court, Imran Pervez Khan, 34, of Pendle Street, Accrington, pleaded not guilty to abducting the child in the Burnley area on March 26.

Khan, represented in court by Mark Stuart, has also denied charges of causing or inciting the girl to engage in sexual activity and breaching the terms of a sexual offences prevention order imposed in April 2009.
Khan was remanded in custody to await trial, which is due to start on September 21.
