THIS is our Picture of the Week taken on a winter’s day in Pennington Flash, Leigh.
It was taken by Craig Cassidy of Adwell Close in Lowton.
He said: “I have been taking photos of the local area for many years now and in particular I like to photograph Pennington Flash.
“I think that this image with the low winter sun’s reflection, together with the silhouette of the man, shows a very relaxing and peaceful moment.”
