THIS picture of a squirrel climbing a tree was taken by amateur photographer James Ross-Myring.
The 24-year-old, of Hope Street, Leigh, took the snap at Queen’s Park in Bolton earlier this year.
James, a sales consultant, said: “I am made up with the shot. I was stood pretty much next to the little guy and he was happy to be photographed.
“I like taking photographs. I have only been really into it for 18 months but I am building up my portfolio and eventually I would like to move into photography as a career.
“I take pictures of everything from landscapes to wildlife and I have even been booked to take wedding photographs.”
