A CIRCULAR armed forces pin badge was found at Pennington Hall Park on Monday.
A First World War commemoration event focusing on the Battle of the Somme was held at the park on Sunday and Jean Cull, who found the pin badge containing the words 'HM armed forces veteran', will be happy to return it to whoever dropped it.
She said: "I assume it was dropped by someone attending the First World War commemorative event on Sunday and I am happy to return it to its owner if they contact me."
