Foster pleaded guilty at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court
A MAN from Atherton has admitted stealing an 84-year-old woman’s purse.
John Lee Foster, of Oxford Road, pleaded guilty at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court to committing theft while subject to a conditional discharge order imposed last May for a criminal damage offence.
The 45-year-old was remanded on bail by magistrates as the case was adjourned until September 1 for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
