Gary John Collier appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday
A MAN from Atherton has been sent for trial on historic charges of indecent assault.
Gary John Collier, of Linden Avenue, faces two charges of indecently assaulting a girl under the age of 14 between 1985 and 1987.
The 46-year-old is also accused of committing gross indecency with or towards a girl under 14 between 1987 and 1988.
He was granted bail subject to conditions when he appeared at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates' Court on Wednesday.
His trial at Bolton Crown Court will begin on January 4.
