FIREFIGHTERS were called to a house fire in Hindley Green on Saturday night.
The blaze broke out at a property on Severn Drive shortly before 11pm.
Crews from Atherton, Leigh and Hindley attended the scene.
A spokesman for Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service said: "The fire was caused by an electric fan in a bathroom and crews had to use two breathing apparatus, a hose reel jet and a ventilation fan to deal with it.
"Crews remained at the scene for an hour."
