A MAN from Leigh has been found guilty of breaching a non-molestation order.
Brett Wilde, of Rydal Street, was ordered not to go within 100 metres of a particular street by a court in July.
The 22-year-old was found guilty of breaching that order on September 26 when he appeared before Wigan and Leigh Magistrates’ Court last Wednesday.
Wilde was handed a community order and will be under a curfew for 12 weeks with electronic monitoring.
He was also fined £200 and has to pay an £85 victim services surcharge.
