MORE visitors than ever before are expected to attend Accrington Food Festival this summer.
Last year the event attracted 14,000 people and organisers Scott Dawson Advertising expect it to get even bigger
The event will be held on Saturday, June 3, with more than 80 different stalls serving a combination of regional favourites and international flavours.
Proceedings will once again take place in Broadway, around the town hall.
Celebrity chef Richard Fox will be appearing as the festival play host to retro music, arts and crafts fair by Crafty Vintage.
Accrington and Rossendale College and Duckworths Estate Agents have been announced as sponsors for the event.
Cllr Clare Cleary, cabinet member for Accrington Town Centre, said: “The food festival gets bigger and better every year and we’re looking forward to welcoming lots of visitors to Accrington again."
