ACCRINGTON and Rossendale College has been chosen to host a live filming of a new weight loss programme.
The X-Pert Weight class will take place on Wednesday, January 24, and a live filming will begin at 10am.
Healthcare professionals will quiz the experts about the programme which is set to take place across the country.
Research has led the X-Pert team to develop a science-backed programme which is suitable and adaptable for all people.
This research and its findings will be challenged in the morning’s discussion and facts of the revolutionary programme will be tested, as scientists and healthcare professionals take part in a Q&A with the X-Pert weight team.
Matthew Whitaker, researcher and trainer of public health at X-Pert, said: “We are looking forward to attending this event as a team and dispelling the myths attached to the current weight loss approaches.”
The programme aims to help people shed pounds and keep them off, without having to count calories.
