Plans have been submitted to Wigan Council to convert an office into a tattoo studio.
A change-of-use planning application has made to turn a ground floor office on Atherton Road in Hindley into a tattoo studio.
A neighbourhood consultation is currently in place until Friday, May 11 and a decision on the proposals is expected to be made on Monday, June 11.
