Man, 40, found hanged in Bacup

3:04pm Thursday 2nd September 2010 in North West

A 40-year-old man was found hanged in Bacup yesterday.

Police were called out after the man's body was discovered off Rochdale Road.

He has not yet been identified.

There are no suspicious circumstances, police said.

An inquest is set be opened into his death on Tuesday.
