PUPILS from Bedford High School in Leigh will be travelling in style, having added two new Renault Master mini buses to the school roll.

Staff from Renault Manchester at Trinity Way, Salford, delivered the 17-seater vehicles to the Manchester Road school.

“We had two minibuses in desperate need of replacement”, said Daniel Meekin, Bedford High School’s business and finance manager.

“Following consultation with students, and comparing like-for-like specification and costs, we chose Renault – after receiving positive feedback from a parent who has a fleet of Renault Master vans.

“We’re looking forward to using them. The buses will help ensure our students can compete in local tournaments and attend field trips throughout the UK.”

Simon Williams, Fleet and LCV sales manager at Renault Manchester, said: “We’re sure the staff and pupils will enjoy many years of happy use.”Ellen plans to be a smooth operator
