I am trying to obtain a photograph of George Brimelow, who was the son of William Frederick Brimelow, an editor of the Bolton Evening News.
His son became Captain of Verulam Golf Club in St Albans, which is an important club in the development of golf since it is where Sam Ryder donated his Ryder Cup.
At the club we have an almost complete set of photographs of past captains on display, but unfortunately George is one of the very few missing. We are trying to complete the set, and any help in tracing a photograph of George would be much appreciated.
