Theatre Dance School
YOUNG performers thrilled audiences at their annual extravaganza.
More than 180 members of Bolton’s Theatre Dance School, aged between three and 21, put six months of rehearsals into practice with a three-night run of shows.
They performed their “Legends” show at the school’s base — the Theatre Church in Seymour Road, Astley Bridge.
It featured the music of Elvis, Queen and Michael Jackson.
Principal of the school, Sarah Ward, said: “It was a massive success and all the parents gave us great reviews.
“The children really enjoyed it.”
The Theatre Dance School was established 16 years ago and has seen hundreds of youngsters pass through its doors.
It is planning a charity event later this year and also has a talent show pencilled in for June.
Mrs Ward said: “The dance school is a really friendly place to be.
“The group is fun orientated and I think that shows in the work we do.”
