POLICE are searching for the owner of a yellow parakeet after finding the bird in Westhoughton this afternoon.
The bird was discovered in Pavilion Square, near Market Street, at around 1.15pm.
Anyone wishing to claim the parakeet should phone 101 and ask for PCSO Michelle Moore at Westhoughton Police Post.
