THE cousin of a man who died suddenly last year has run 15 marathons in 12 months.
Paul Taylor, aged 52, planned to run 12 in 12 months when Chris England, died aged 31.
Mr England was blind and enjoyed the support of charity SAVI (Social Activities for the Visually Impaired), which was a ‘lifeline for him’ when he lost his sight aged 10, said Mr Taylor.
Mr Taylor of Leigh Road, Westhoughton raised a total of £700 for the charity in memory of Mr England. He said: “SAVI was quite a big part of his life.”
