HOUSING Minister Heather Wheeler joined Conservatives on the campaign trail in Westhoughton yesterday.
Ahead of the count for the by-election in the White Horse ward, Mrs Wheeler rallied support for Conservative candidate Martyn Cox.
After spending Thursday afternoon canvassing with the local Conservative group, Mrs Wheeler, the MP for South Derbyshire, said: “It was a pleasure to come and campaign for Martyn today.
“He’s an integral part of the Bolton team, working alongside Chris Green MP.”
