BENIK Afobe and Keith Andrews have been described as doubtful for tomorrow’s clash with Millwall. Afobe is still struggling to overcome the hamstring injury that kept him out of last weekend’s FA Cup third round meeting with Sunderland, while Andrews continues to fight against a persistent Achilles issue. Both are likely to be rested at the Reebok.
Freedman will have to make a decision on the fitness of new signing Craig Davies, who could need another couple of weeks before being pitched in from the start after his arrival from Barnsley. Youngster Chris Lester is also pushing for a place on the bench after scoring for the development squad in midweek alongside fellow starlets Sami Odelusi, Tom Eaves and Jack Sampson. Freedman also confirmed that David Wheater was now back in full training and would be involved in the next development squad.
