MATCHDAY LIVE: Wanderers 1 Blackburn Rovers 0
This live event has finished
Three mins added time.
Craig Davies on for Kevin Davies
Eagles on for Pratley
Ref could never be accused of showing home bias tonight...
Pushed away by Kean.
Alonso to take
Chances here. Free kick on edge of the box. Foul by Hanley gets him a yellow card.
Freedman must be thinking about a change. Eagles? Sordell? Craig Davies?
Pratley shot just wide after Blackburn failed to clear their lines. Great work from Davies to close down in the corner and keep pressure on.
Henley header tipped on to and over the bar by Lonergan
Underway again, and more nip and tuck stuff. Ricketts sends a dangerous cross in, and no-one gets a touch.
Nice appearance on the pitch from Fabrice Muamba. Miracle man is still smiling!
32% possession? Seriously #BWFC fans is this right? This how you read it? @MarcIles @x_bexy23_x @AntMac32v1— @Angles2 05 March 2013
Ref blows for half time. Even game so far - best two chances coming in the final few mins.
Only one minute added time, which seems strange.
Clattering challenge by Lowe on Medo - earns him the night's first yellow.
Alonso's cross. Davies got up well but headed wide. Probably Wanderers' best chance of the half, coming moments after Blackburn's.
Drilled to near post by Pedersen - Hanley got a touch at the near post and it whistled over the bar. Close.
Another free kick in a good position for Rovers
Call for a penalty after David Ngog raced the length of the pitch - I thought it was a decent challenge by Dann, to be fair.
Nearly half an hour gone now and it's tense stuff. Wanderers have perhaps shaded it, but no real goalscoring chances at either end.
Davies and Ngog making their presence known up front, but nothing has really fallen for them so far.
Fans singing "Dawson, Dawson, Dawson" before the corner taken.
Pratley's cross-shot has Kean scurrying to his near post to make a save.
Wanderers have settled into this now and have had most of the possession this last five mins.
Chungy's cross-shot lands on the roof of the net. Looked like Kean had it covered.
Ref has already given a couple of questionable ones...
Ball drops to Marcos Alonso on the edge of the box - his dipping shot clears the bar.
Medo on a last warning. Two fouls after seven mins.
Campbell flashes the ball straight across goal. One touch and it would have been a goal.
Quick break from Wanderers - Pratley flies down the left and crosses for Ngog. His shot drifts wide.
Medo clatters into his first challenge. Free kick in a dangerous area. Alonso defends Pedersen's inswinger
Zat Knight flicks on for Darren Pratley, whose volley from the edge of the box goes just over the bar.
The last of Kevin Davies's six goals this season came against Blackburn in November.
Teams out on the pitch now.
Five minutes to kick off now and the atmosphere certainly improving.
Lots being said about a big crowd today - not too many signs of it so far.
Last time Wanderers won four in a row was in 2006 - and they also won five in a row that season too, culminating in a victory over Blackburn.
@MarcIles don't really get it. Why change a winning side? Just hope to God it works out.— @Monkbythesea 05 March 2013
Medo Kamara smirked at me when I asked if he would be happy to come into the heat of a Lancashire derby.... me forgetting that he played in a Partizan v Red Star game in Belgrade.
@MarcIles Crackers!. C davies should be starting every game now.— @icedgraphics 05 March 2013
@MarcIles KD starting feels defensive.— @andymac011171 05 March 2013
@MarcIles i think freeman has gone for more physical team. 2-1 win i think ngog then c davies off bench— @Corrzy21 05 March 2013
But a big chance tonight for Kevin Davies. He's had four games on the bench, so will be itching to go.
Freedman does seem to like to play certain players against their former clubs - Mears, Eagles, Craig Davies, Sordell, Kevin Davies.
@MarcIles don’t understand why we would recall Kevin Davies; we’ve proved we are a better team without him. Good luck to Lonergan and Medo.— @asimms37 05 March 2013
@MarcIles can't remember a game where ngog and kev Davies have started together and we've played well, don't play well together IMO— @jack_crosland 05 March 2013
@MarcIles brave hearts needed tonight SKD always up for it against rovers, medo played well on sat— @Macca1512 05 March 2013

What do you guys think? Tweet me @MarcIles or leave a comment in the box below.
Bogdan had been warming up on the pitch before the game but has clearly failed his fitness test. Jay Lynch on the bench, so is Sammi Odelusi.
Eagles, Craig Davies and (the injured) Bogdan out.
So that's Medo in for his first start, Lonergan in for his first league start and Kevin Davies back against his old club.
