CHEERS Bar went clear at the top of Division One with a 4-1 win at bottom side Walkden CC.
Held to just a one-goal lead at the interval, Cheers added three after the break although Walkden did manage a consolation goal.
Scorers for Cheers Bar were Lee Earnshaw, Paul Costello, Carlton Jordan and Phil Porter.
Daten slipped to second with a 5-1 defeat at Atherton Town for whom Mick O’Neil scored twice in the first half and Lee Neil struck another two after the interval.
Not content with scoring four, Daten scored an own goal.
It was a good day for third-placed Salford Waggon as Paul Taylor, Jay Fisher and Gary Kay, goals plus a Bry Love hat-trick gave them a 6-1 victory over Pineapple FC.
The other Division One game between Queen Lizzie and Radcliffe Old Boys A ended even at 2-2.
Third-placed Moorside Rangers lost 2-1 at home to lowly Old Boltonians, and PF Bury beat Bromley Cross 2-1 thanks to a Tony Dunn brace.
In Division Three, the highest scoring game resulted in Elton Liberals losing by the odd goal in seven to Ainsworth B who are now six places above them in the league.
Paul Roscoe scored two whilst Mark Finn and Mike Howarth scored one each for Ainsworth.
Noel Shine and Steve Noon gave leaders Radcliffe Old Boys B a two-goal interval lead over Bolton Wyresdale, and Richard Mason wrapped up the points with a second-half strike to stay two points clear of Dobbies.
Dobbies had a good away win against Failsworth Home Guard for whom Ellis Garry scored, but Chris Williams, Gary Davenport and a Peter Forgoine double secured three points in a 4-1 win for Dobbies.
