WANDERERS manager Dougie Freedman says a deal to sign Middlesbrough forward Lukas Jutkiewicz on loan is "95 per cent done".

Freedman is hoping to tie up the switch in time for the 24-year-old to be involved at QPR in tomorrow's Championship clash.

And after David Ngog's exit to Swansea was confirmed, Freedman revealed Jutkiewicz is likely to travel to West London if the club can tie up the loose ends in time for him to be registered as a Wanderers player this evening.

Freedman told The Bolton News: "It is 95 per cent along the way for Jutkiewicz.

"He is someone I have admired since his Everton days.

"He can be one of the top strikers in this division.

"We are nearly there and because of his pedigree and experience I think I would involve him tomorrow if we get it done."
