West Brom will not let Craig Dawson leave
EX-WANDERERS loanee Craig Dawson has had a transfer request rejected by West Brom.
The former Radcliffe Borough defender has asked to leave the Hawthorns amidst heavy speculation linking him with a move to Burnley.
Dawson, who was a target for Wanderers up to the end of last season, is rated at more than £1million but is almost certainly out of Dougie Freedman’s financial reach at present.
The 24-year-old former England Under-21 international played a huge part in helping the Whites surge up the table to the brink of the play-offs in the 2012/13 campaign.
