THE Bolton News is backing two Whites legends tonight as they face off in support of The Bolton Wanderers Supporters Trust.
Kevin Davies and John McGinlay will be outside the Macron Stadium before the FA Cup replay against Eastleigh this evening to raise the profile of the trust.
They will be handing out The Bolton News-endorsed leaflet - of which 10,000 have been printed - asking people to get involved with the Supporters Trust.
The former strikers will each be hoping they are crowned 'man of the match' as they compete to get the most people signed up to become part of the new organisation.
One of our in-house Wanderers season ticket holders, Tom Molloy, said he's backing the trust because he thinks "it's important to have transparency in the running of the club."
So if you’re going to the FA Cup replay tonight, remember to seek out your favourite club legend – whether it be Team Kev or Team John – and get involved.
