BOLTON UNITED HARRIERS: Valentine second at Blackpool run
BOLTON Harrier Anthony Valentine’s 33mins 53secs was second of the 247-strong field along the promenade from Bispham at the Blackpool Airshow 10K.
Warm and sunny conditions also greeted John Grimshaw at the Preston 10M as he finished the two-lap course in 1:25:47 to finish 125th out of 291.
Elsewhere, two Blue Vests completed the Pilgrims Cross Fell Race – Simon Dally clocked 47:12 (20th of 149) and Lee Petch 61:33 (97th).
