WANDERERS have been handed a trip to West Ham United in the third round of the Carabao Cup.
It will be the Whites’ first trip to the London Stadium and the tie will be played in the week commencing September 8.
The Hammers booked their place in the draw, which began at 4.15am and lasted until well after 5am, with a victory over Cheltenham Town.
Wanderers last met the Londoners in the League Cup in 2009 when goals from Kevin Davies, Gary Cahill and Johan Elmander earned a 3-1 win after extra time.
