WANDERERS missed a great opportunity to boost their survival chances when they were held to a goalless draw by fellow strugglers Fulham.
Victory for Gary Megson's would have opened up a nine-point gap over the second-bottom Cottagers, who were without a win in 13 games.
But, on a night when clear-cut chances were few and far between at the Reebok, they were forced to settle for a share of spoils.
Whites defender Lubomir Michalik came within inches of breaking the deadlock when he struck the post on 71 minutes after goalkeeper Antti Niemi had flapped at Andranik's free-kick.
Andy O'Brien then missed a gilt-edge chance to seal the points when he headed Matt Taylor's corner wide from close range just a minute later.
That apart, neither team possessed the necessary creativity to break the stalemate and it was easy to see why both are locked in a relegation dogfight.
