Ward earns new contract

DANNY Ward has signed a new three-year deal at Wanderers, tying him to the club until 2013.
The youngster, who is on the verge of joining Coventry on loan, has been singled out as a bright prospect for the future by Whites boss Owen Coyle.
The 18-year-old striker is expected to seal a temporary move to the Ricoh Arena early next week after agreeing terms on his new contract yesterday.
