Burnden Roadrunners were among 550 starters in the Salford 10km, a well established and popular race. First home for Burnden was Andy Staveley in 37.23 followed by Andy Duffy (40.05) and Paul Christie (40.18). Shirley Staveley recorded a good time of 45.57.
