Local boxers cruise to victory

BOLTON boxer Jonny Rocco and Bury's Scott Quigg recorded resounding victories at the George Carnall Leisure Centre in Manchester.
Bolton fighter Rocco stopped his opponent in the sixth round after a fine display of boxing and the night was capped by Bury's undefeated fighter Quigg outclassing Romanian boxer Gheorghe Ghiompiricahe, winning all four rounds.
