Alex Matvienko steps back into the ring tonight aiming to extend his record of 13 fights undefeated ahead of a possible title fight in Bolton.
The 29-year-old faces Drew Campbell at Wigan Robin Park after his original fight against Ernie Smith at the Davyhulme Centre was cancelled (Tickets are still valid for the new fight).
Victory against Campbell would put Matvienko in contention for a title fight - something the Bolton-based fighter is striving for.

"If I won, I would be ready for a title fight of some sort," said Matvienko. "We just need a suitable venue in Bolton.
"We have looked at one or two places, but they are not ideal.
"I am really pleased with the way things are going at the moment. Things couldn't be better really.
"I usually have little injury worries or a weight problem ahead of the fight, but everything is good at the moment.
"I have been sparring with Jamie Moore and former ABA champion Martin Berry in the gym so that has given me a good workout.
"My preparation has been good, and hopefully that will show in the ring."
l Tickets for the fight are still available from Matvienko by ringing 07841115072.
