EGERTON Cricket Club have had their opponents confirmed for the county play-off in the ECB Indoor National Club Championship.
The Lancashire champions will play Yorkshire region winners Whitley Hall CC at the Yorkshire Indoor School at Headingley on Sunday, February 14 at noon.
The winners of that game will be just two more rounds away from playing in the national final at Lord's.
Egerton, outdoor champions in their last season in the Bolton League last season, are indoor specialists.
They won the Anthony Axford Indoor Trophy for three successive years before leaving the League for the Greater Manchester League this year.
Their side of Will Halton, Marcus Pratt, Paul Stafford, Danny Partington, Anthony Clegg and Adam Street romped to victory in the recent county finals to become Lancashire champions and set up the war of the Roses clash with their Yorkshire counterparts on Valentine's Day.
